VINO is chip handling Video input on the SGI Indy. It supports NTSC, PAL and SGI D1 video formats for input. The chip includes some video processing functions, clipping, format conversion and resizing.
It is connected to the GIO64 bus.

Linux 2.6 kernels have a almost feature complete driver for the VINO chip. Old 2.4 series kernels have partial support only.
