RedBoot is a portable bootstrap environment based on the eCos real-time operating system.
It is available for Atlas and Malta systems with MIPS32 and MIPS64 processors.
Inofficial versions exist for MIPS based DSL routers, like the Broadcom BCM963xx based Inventel Liveboxes.
