The RM9150 an integrated SOC based on PMC-Sierra's E9000 cores ranging from 600MHz to 1GHz. PMC-Sierra's marketing eventually renamed the chip to MSP8150. The most important features of this SOC are:
- 200 MHZ 64-bit DDR / DDR2 SDRAM Controller
- 256KB of second level cache
- 600MHz hypertransport interface
- 2 gigabit ethernet NICs
- 2 PCI busses
