Rumor is that http://www.runix.biz/ has done a port of uClinux to the Playstation 1 (as the system lacks a MMU), but I can't find it.
[edit] I found the sources on a russian mirror... unfortunately, there's no documentation about installing it. A HOWTO was made, but only in italian :(
