The NEC MobilePro 780 (MC-R530A) device is a NEC VR4121 powered system. It features 32MB of RAM and 24MB of Mask ROM, a MediaQ video controller, a RICOH PC Card bridge controller, a 640x240 color DSTN LCD screen and some other stuff.
