The MIPS Atlas is an evaluation board made by MIPS Technologies, Inc. It has been superseeded by the Mips Malta.
Firmware
Atlas uses YAMON for it's firmware.
Linux support
The Atlas is supported in Linux 2.4 and 2.6 but the code is suffering from bitrot; the user base also seems to have vanished.
