The "Writing the kernel console driver" section is really rough. I dont understand it, because I think you manage to call the same thing by like 3 different names. "xxxinit" vs. "xxxsetup", "foo" here, but some real name there, and what exactly is the "uart_console_device" entry that came out of nowhere?
