I was thinking of setting up a semiautomated voting system for the mips
design.

Granted the people who actually design the circuit board have the final (or at
least more) say. But I thought it would be interesting to see the results
anyways.

I was thinking of setting up vote@neurocog.lrdc.pitt.edu asking the following:
(* this is just a proposal don't vote yet *)

Memory:
8 simm slots?
16 simm slots?
Conventional 4MB x 9 simms?

Bus:
ISA ?
Vesa?
Propietary 8 bit?
Propietary 16 bit?

On board Video:
Color?
Dumb frame buffer on board?
3041 for video?
Other chip?
No video on board?

Devices on board:
Scsi ?
Ethernet?
2 serial ports?
4 serial ports?
parallel?
IDE?

If you think it's a good idea email me, if your favorite design isn't
represented email me.

Linux is great. Bike to live, live to bike. PGP-ok
