[ADMIN] maltalinux-cvs and maltalinux-cvs-patches shutting down

With the retirement of the linux-malta CVS and git trees these mailing
lists have lost their raison d'être, so I will remove them after this
posting.

Those who still want to follow the Linux/MIPS kernel development may want
to subscribe the linux-git rsp. linux-git-patches mailing lists instead.
