[PATCH 4/12] arch/mips: remove references to cpu_*_map.

To: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>, linux-mips@linux-mips.org
Subject: [PATCH 4/12] arch/mips: remove references to cpu_*_map.
From: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
Date: Wed, 15 Feb 2012 15:28:04 +1030
Cc: linux-kernel@vger.kernel.org
Sender: linux-mips-bounce@linux-mips.org
From: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>

This has been obsolescent for a while; time for the final push.

Also took the chance to get rid of old cpus_* in favor of cpumask_*.
