[PATCH] MIPS: Reduce kernel image size for !CONFIG_DEBUG_ZBOOT

!CONFIG_DEBUG_ZBOOT doesn't need puts() and puthex(), remove them and
the according strings for !CONFIG_DEBUG_ZBOOT, as a result, it saves
about 1280 bytes.
