a new branch linux-2.6.29-stable-loongson-RT_PREEMPT is built, including
all of the latest fixes.

this will be cleaned up to a new branch
linux-2.6.29-stable-mips-RT_PREEMPT tomorrow.

the current testing result with Cyclictest is like this,

0% Load: worst case latency < 16us

no 100% load result yet.
