[PATCH] au1xmmc: codingstyle tidying

Subject: [PATCH] au1xmmc: codingstyle tidying

Clean up the codebase, no functional changes.
- merge the au1xmmc.h header contents into the driver file,
- indentation, spelling and style fixes.
