Hello,

Attached patch includes support of RBHMA4500(TX4938) against 
latest mips CVS. 

This patch was originally Manish's work but it has not been
incorporated in CVS yet. So I have just tweaked it against latest 
CVS and I confirmed that this worked correctly on RBHMA4500.
