Hi Pete,

this is just a quick typo fix patch for current 2.4 branch on
linux-mips.org.

I'm assuming that the original code was intended to use macro
`DEBUG()' defined in cs_internal.h.

and macro `DEBUG()' requires `int pc_debug' declared somewhere.

Hope I'm not misunderstanding anything.
