Hello Ralf,

I added support of NEC VRC4173.
VRC4173 is companion chip for NEC VR41xx series.

This patch is based on linux_2_4 tag cvs tree on ftp.linux-mips.org
Would you apply this patch to CVS on ftp.linux-mips.org?
