It goes well to work by Matthew's and Vivien's advices.

The toolchain which I used for kernel compilation was
binutils-mipsel-linux-2.9.5-3.i386.rpm
egcs-mipsel-linux-1.1.2-4.i386.rpm
got from ftp://oss.sgi.com/pub/linux/mips/crossdev/i386-linux/mipsel-linux/.
By this toolchain, The kernel make Oops message at __wake_up_common.
I rebuilt and replaced binutils to binutils-2.11.92.0.10. Then it
works fine without no Oops at __wake_up_common.
