Gdb 5.0 patches for MIPS/Linux -- next iteration

Hi,

 After a bit of work a next release of gdb patches is ready.  It provides
a few bugfixes as well as handling of branches on coprocessor 1
conditions.  It's available at 'http://www.ds2.pg.gda.pl/~macro/gdb-5.0/'.
