Web site rearrangement

Just FYI,

To reflect the recent SGI official announcements, reduce
media confusion, and have a more logical organization
of the Linux on SGI web site, we've moved the 'mips'
stuff one level down and added a separate Intel
hierarchy (which is pretty empty right now but expected
to grow in the future).

If you find broken links etc. please let me know.
