New delo RPMs for RH7.x and recent 2.4.x kernels

Hi,

I've uploaded new delo (DECStation bootloader) RPMs that contain
Florian latest patch, and can be compiled by H.J.Lu's RH7.1
toolchain (native).

I can't understand why it won't work on my Linux computer.
