I don't see any reason why a Mips system wouldn't be able to read an
iso9660 CD with rockridge extensions, even considering 2048 byte
sectors.
On the other hand, I don't see any reason why a RoughCuts CD would
install on a Decstation 5000. They do call it a pre-release for a
reason.
