No.  There is also a web page at

(careful, it has some Japanese still embedded in it).  It is just the
blurb page, and not the whole thing.

There is no need to port GCC to this device.  It has had support for a
long time.  Should be realistic to move to the Vr41xx, but there might 
be lots of irritating issues.
