G'day,


I just scored a lab of dec5000/25's for our department to use as
xterminals and I was wondering on the status of linux on them. 

The tftp instructions are quite clear, great work!!!

I tried:
   dec_vmlinux.2.1.14.test4.gz. . .  [May 18  1997]    249k
   dec_vmlinux.gz . . . . . . . . .  [Jan  8  1996]    231k

2.1.14 seemed to boot ok, but dec_vmlinux got to the calibrating part
and then hung. :( These images are quite old and I was wondering if
development of this linux port has stopped.

No point trying to work out how to boot diskless them if the kernel stuff
doesnt fly....
