Except an Step-by-Step instruction how to build - I had one but i cant
find it anymore ...

BTW: I got the binutils build and egcs 1.0.2 got as far as

----schnipp-------------
[...]
_varargs
__dummy
_eprintf
./libgcc2.c:1393: stdio.h: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [libgcc2.a] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/egcs-1.0.2/gcc'
make[2]: *** [stmp-multilib-sub] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/egcs-1.0.2/gcc'
make[1]: *** [stmp-multilib] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/egcs-1.0.2/gcc'
make: *** [all-gcc] Error 2
--------------schnapp-------------

I remember there was a bootstrap problem but i have no clue how to get
around it ...
