After several iterations of testing I've narrowed down why the kernel that I have is dying. I've built the vanilla dist 2.1.100 with TurboChannel turned on. drivers/tc/tc.c line 102 is causing a kernel paging request. I'd guess a division by zero error is occuring. tc_clock = 10000 / info->clk_period FYI - running on a decstation 2100 (I don't yet know how to tell if it has a TurboChannel or not.) -Tom Riemer |
