The mentioned files is hosted on IRIX 6.2 for mips-linux as targets. If
you follow the instructions on www.linux.sgi.com but exchange the target
configuration name to mips-sgi-irix6.2 and install the headers and libs
from an IRIX machine you can setup a crosscompiler relativly easy.
