latest DECstation patches

Hello all,

although the code is still a mess you might want to download the latest
DECstation patches from:

I'm sorry but I do have only 1MB webspace available, so you have patch the
sources yourself. This is against Pauls linux-2.1.14.2.dec kernel.

Oh, before I forget, there is still a lot of work to be done in dec_irq_setup
and friends. This code will only work on kmins, maxines and maybe on 3max+.
