The answer is yes, Nintendo's CPU is exactly the same Vr4300 CPU as
NEC are selling - and that means it has a TLB and FPU hardware, and
everything else necessary to be a proper grown-up R4x00.

I still don't see how you're going to attach enough I/O to run
Linux, but that's your problem, guys.
