The essential MIPS IV data (from Appendix A and B) can be found on the
web as http://www.mips.com/arch/MIPS4_cv.html where there are links to
ftp://sgigate.sgi.com/pub/docs/ARCH/MIPSIV.3.2.ps (US letter format)
and ftp://sgigate.sgi.com/pub/docs/ARCH/MIPSIV.3.2.A4size.ps (A4 paper
size).  Unfortunately, they are not compressed.
