Is it possible to install the linux on a Decsystem 3100?

Hi!
I'm trying to know how to install the Linux on my Dec system without success.
Does exist a step-to-step installation manual for this?
I copied a lot of .tar files (binutils-2.6.elf.tar,gcc-2.7.2.elf.tar,
linux-2.0.7.dec.tar,inc-4.6.27.tar, libc-4.6.27.tar,milo-0.27.tar,root-0.01.tar
ecc) but I don't know how to combine them together.
