Log message:
        o Use .macro for the assembler variants of the hazard handling macros.
        o Some gas variants seem to behave funny if a macro has the same name
        as a real instruction so prefix the names of ssnop and ehb with an
        underscore everywhere.
        o RM9000 has no hazard when disabling interrupts.
        o Use three ssnops for classic MIPS processors.
