Log message:
        Introduce PLAT_TRAMPOLINE_STUFF_LINE feature to allow a platform to
        align it's signal trampolines and fill them with nops.  This is needed
        for the RM9000 where it avoids mysterious exceptions that were doing
        bad things to application health.
