Log message:
        Get rid of prom_build_cpu_map().  This hook was being called just before
        prom_prepare_cpus() and all platforms were only using the one of the
        other.  Get rid of it before the madness infects the next SMP platform,
        the PMC-Sierra Yosemite also :-)
