Log message:
        Set PMD_ORDER to 0 for 4kB pagesize thereby reducing the range of
        address range for each userspace and kernelspace to 1TB each.  This
        saves some memory and reduces the number of order 1 allocations
        thereby also making the kernel more reliable under low-memory and
        high fragmentation conditions.
        
        If there's demand we can provide options for whatever is supported
        on a particular processor ;-)
