Log message:
        New "feature" CONFIG_LIMITED_DMA.  Enabling will also enable highmem;
        all permanently mapped low memory above the highmem address which is
        128MB in case of Jaguar can still be access with low mapping overhead
        but we avoid some driver breakage and can leave ZONE_DMA for the
        worst of the worst devices.
