Log message:
        Move the mapping logic for all network buffers to a single place which
        also prepares everything for an eventual conversion to the PCI DMA API.
        The choosen attributes were ultraparanoid and penalizing tx performance
        heavily, that is the driver is now up to 3MB/s tx.  Still way to slow.
