Log message:
        Rework per-node data allocation.  ip27_node_data is gone, instead we
        allocate the pglist_data first and after it a struct hub_data that
        is not exposed through mmzone.h and doesn't pollute all the kernel.
        
        Use HUB_DATA(nid) to access it.
