Log message:
        Delete all unused struct hub_intmasks_s members.  Delete typedef for
        hub_intmasks_t; as per Linux coding style the struct is preferable.
        Having intpend0_masks and intpend1_masks as arrays with just one
        member is pointless so change them to just a hubreg_t.  This
        requires changes in all users which in part are already in CVS or
        will go in one of the following commits.  intr_public is now almost
        empty.
