Log message:
        New ARC firmware flag PROM_FLAG_DONT_FREE_TEMP that prevents firmware
        temporary regions from being freed.  Intended use is where the firmware
        either needs to be kept happy for example because it's used to drive
        the console or where it's simply so broken such as on the RM200.
