Log message:
        - Removed a couple of errant printks from the previous driver
        API updates.
        - Fixed one compiler warning.
        - Fixed a nasty bug observed on very few boards: bringing down the 
interface
        and then up resulted in a rare race condition where the software and 
hardware
        rx pointers were out of sync, causing endless interrupts. The fix was to
        cycle through all rx and tx buff_addr registers in the _close routine 
and
        turn off the control bits.
