        - Teach c-mips3264.c about alias-free caches.
        - Add I-cache flushing in flush_cache_page.
        - Optimize flush_icache_page a bit.
        
        This is getting close to be generic cache code for all MIPS32 and
        MIPS64 uniprocessors.  Less code to maintain, less bugs to fix ...
