Log message:
        Initial checkin of Ocelot-C code.  Note that more needs to be done, 
namely
        modifications to Makefiles and a couple of include/asm-mips/ files which
        will be submitted via Ralf.
        
        Another interesting note:  This automatically was included on the 2.4 
branch.
        Now I have to figure out how to add this to 2.5....
