Log message:
        - If embedded ramdisk is selected make the gzip'ed ramdisk image to be
        included configurable.
        - Document CONFIG_EMBEDDED_RAMDISK and CONFIG_EMBEDDED_RAMDISK_IMAGE.
        - Add missing wait() function in 64-bit unistd.h.
        - Support initrd on 64-bit kernel also.
